The option screen allows you to set various program options to customize the program to your tastes and needs. You are prompted for a password before being allowed to modify the following program settings:

• Change the field labels with your own or restore the default labels;
• Checking the ‘Read-Only’ option prevents program data from being modified or deleted by a user;
• Delete or modify databases, categories or common names by choosing in the drop down menu;
• Replace the default logo with your own;
• Change the password;
• Import your data from MS Excel into the database;
• Import your images into the database;
• The Pedigree users can import their Pedigree data into Unibase;
• The ‘Save and Exit’ button closes the options screen and offers the option to update your settings.
