An option added to the Unibase (options) that allow the user to share the information on a server with or without the privilege to modify the data. You can protect the data and give specific access (full control vs. read only) to certain users. A password required to access the window program modify options. You may change the password at anytime by clicking on the ‘Change Password’ button. You are prompted to enter the old password and then to enter the new password twice. Changing the password prevents unauthorized users from having access to the options screen and from modifying data if you have set the program to ‘Read-Only'.
This option is very useful specially if you want to share your database on a server but give read/write permission only to a selected users.
